Just before hitting the waves...

October 2017.

Two consultants, future co-founders, exchanging ideas while having a drink. They are going to create a firm specialising in Microsoft Dynamics solutions. At the origin of the FiveForty° project, their agreement on listening… at 540°

Jonathan : "…The ERP rollout is going well. But if we could share our data, we would save a lot of time. For me, transverse communication is essential. Regardless of our personal expertise, these projects cannot be the responsibility of a single individual." 

Catherine : "Clearly! Sharing our knowledge would ensure a more effective service with lots more hindsight. And by collaborating from the perspective of sharing, we would be much more useful. Moreover, I did notice something."

J : "Tell me; I'm listening to you"

C : "Listening, in fact! That’s the key. You and I are committed to listening to our customers. Fore us, the integration of ready-made solutions without taking into account the specificities of the organizations does not make sense."

J : "That would be missing the customer's priorities. In the end, the solution will not work for him. He will be disappointed... and will leave."

C : "And that's where all the interest in our business lies: providing relevant advice and inventing pragmatic solutions to respond to the challenges everyone is confronted with. In a long-time logic of satisfaction"

J : "Since our approach brings us closer, let's share it! "
