Kalhyge do and when was it created?

What conclusions do you draw from this first collaboration?

CL : Although very tight, the deadlines were met. On the other

hand, despite very complicated working conditions, even

difficult, everything went perfectly in perfect agreement.

Corinne Leroux : The company was created in 1982 under the

name Régie Linge by grouping together seven linen rental

units and industrial laundry facilities. Two years later, it's

twenty-five factories that are federated by the brand.

Renamed Kalhyge, the group has become national and

addresses varied and  demanding targets ranging from the

hospitality industry to healthcare in rental textile hygiene

maintenance.

 

What needs led you to FiveForty°?

CL : At the time, we had just bought eight factories.

It was a huge challenge for us. Imagine: an acquisition

transaction equivalent to half the size of the group!

What were your expectations before starting this

collaboration?

CL : In this stressful environment, we only had 120 days to

integrate new production units into the system of the group,

and specifically into Dynamics AX. Of course, we had to manage

the interfaces with our business tools and secure as well data

during transmissions.

How did you come to work with FiveForty°?

CL : The decision was made by our IT Systems Director in 2017

who knew them and queried them on demanding

specifications and time-sensitive deadlines.

Basically, what motivated your choices?

CL : The relevance of their project response and the

responsiveness that we could tell right from the first exchanges.

"No limit !"

Do the technical intervention and the relationship match

your expectations?

CL : It was way above what we expected.

Anyhow, with them, it seems like there are no limits.

What do you like about FiveForty°?

CL : Their dynamism suits me perfectly, their positive  attitude too: there are no problems, only solutions. Their youthfulness,

and the optimism that goes with it. A very appreciable quality, relationship-wise. I also appreciate their patience and mastery

of issues. 

What do you think are areas for improvement that you could

consider?

CL : I'll be a little harsh, but next time FiveForty° must bring

back from the States more M&Ms and less peanut butter!

If you had to recommend FiveForty° to a friend what would

you say?

CL : Go ahead with utmost confidence!

CL : What comes to me is their mindset, competence and
